Yoga Classes:
Wednesday's yoga classes are from 1230-130. This class is suitable for people with all abilities and with some experience in yoga. If you can do a downward-facing dog or know what this is, you will be fine. This class is small and inclusive for all ages and bodies. You can book online or just pay on the day. When the weather is nice, we will meet at Full Fat Social and do yoga out on Mermaid Quay; otherwise, during the winter months and when it is cold, it will be in Victorian Studio.
We run a Sunday Night Chill Out Session 2 Sundays per month from 6-7:30. Booking and payment in advance is essential. You must give 24 hours notice to move your class; after that it's non-refundable.
This class is relaxing and gentle; we use props, such as bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets. It is a mix of yin, restorative, breathwork, and massage.
Here are the last few dates before the summer holidays. After these dates, classes will resume in September.

June 28th, 6-7:30 - This session is an art opening. All proceeds from art sales and the yoga class will be donated to the Safer Wales Street Project. We will have cake, tea, or coffee after, followed by a sharing circle. If you want to make additional contributions after class, you may do so.

£15 per person. 8 people max. Massage and adjustments included.

For Massage bookings:
You can book with Danielle Monday - Friday, plus one Saturday a month. Look on the website for availability.
Rosie is in 2 Tuesday evenings per month and a few Sundays.
We accept cash or bank transfer as payment at your appointment. If you want to pay in full when you book, please send an email to us to pay the remaining amount.
When you receive my reminder, PLEASE rearrange your appointment if you are ill.
Please do not arrive any more than 5 minutes early. If you do arrive early, I most likely will not be ready for you.
If you have an appointment booked in and do not give 24 hours' notice, you will be charged full price.
We also have a buzzer installed, FINALLY. When you arrive, go to the entrance opposite the church, find on the menu "Dakota/Victorian" ring the buzzer, and your therapist or teacher will let you in. We are on the 1st floor, walk up the stairs or take the lift up. You will see our sign, have a seat in the waiting area until we come and get you. Please do not arrive or ring the buzzer more than 5 minutes early as this can be really disruptive if we are with a client before you.
