Yoga Classes:

Wednesdays yoga classes will resume properly from August 28th. We have extended the class to 60 minutes again because of the demand, 1230-130. This class is suitable for people with all abilities and with some experience in yoga. If you can do a downward facing dog or know what this is you will be fine. This class is small and we make it inclusive for ALL.

We are starting a Friday evening class one Friday a month. This will be a slow flow/restorative yoga class with some massage included. Dates will start in October and will be announced soon.

All of these classes are for general/ mixed abilities.

You can purchase a single class pass or buy the full block for a discount online, or send me an email if you rather BACS payment.

We have also started a new event "Self Love Sundays"
The first 3 will be taking place these days from 10-1pm at Victorian Studio.

For Massage bookings:

We have had a few therapists join the team to extend our availability Beth and Ginny. Keep your eye on the website for more information about the new therapists. Rosie will return after her maternity leave from the end of September. Danielle will be away to the USA September 21st to October 4th.
Ginny, Rosie and Beth will be available for appointments via the online booking system.

We accept cash or bank transfer as payment at your appointment. If you want to pay in full when you book please send an email to us to pay the remaining amount.

When you receive my reminder for your appointment PLEASE rearrange your appointment if you are ill.

Please do not arrive any more than 5 minutes early. If you do arrive early, I most likely will not be ready for you.

If you have an appointment booked in and do not give 24 hours notice you will be charged full price.

We also have a buzzer installed, FINALLY. When you arrive go the entrance opposite the church, find on the menu "Dakota/Victorian" ring the buzzer and your therapist or teacher will let you in. We are on the 1st floor, walk up the stairs or take the lift up. You will see our sign have a seat in the waiting area until we come and get you. Please do not arrive or ring the buzzer more than 5 minutes early as this can be really disruptive if we are with a client before you.
